Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a specific medication, including a controlled medication, will be prescribed. Treatment recommendations are made after a clinical evaluation and are based on medical necessity, safety, and the provider’s professional judgment.
Prescription Refill Management for Established Patients
Refill requests are reviewed for established patients according to clinical need, appointment status, monitoring requirements, and practice policy. Submission of a refill request does not guarantee approval.
Letters, Forms, and Clinical Documentation
Letters and forms may be completed for established patients when clinically appropriate and supported by the medical record. Completion is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
